Information for Tenants
Moving home can be a stressful time therefore we are here to help you through every step of the lettings process. We endeavour to accommodate as many of our applicants as possible however if we do not have the property you are looking for please register with us and we will contact you as soon as a suitable property arises.
If you apply to rent a property through our agency we will normally require the following:
1) Bank reference or a credit check
2) Employers reference
3) Previous landlord reference / character Reference
4) Copy of passport
5) Relevant immigration documentation (if applicable)
Rent is paid per calendar month so if you see prices quoted in weekly figures you need to multiply it by 52 and divide by 12. Landlords building and contents are covered under their policy, you will have to insure your own belongings separately if you wish.
You will be responsible for all other bills in respect of the property. We will arrange for all utilities and council tax to be transferred into your name from the date you move in and take meter readings etc.
After you have let a property through us we are always happy to act as go betweens between yourself and the landlord as well as assisting you with any issues you may have throughout the duration of your tenancy.
